All of the Real Ales are brewed on the premises and then either casked to be taken to local pubs or bottle conditioned and matured to develop the unique “Cwrw Cwm Gwaun” flavour.
Light Ale 4.0 %
A refreshing, easy drinking ale with delicious fruity undertones and a clean aftertaste.
Bitter Ale 4.0 %
A rich, smooth bitter ale with a lasting hoppy flavour.
Dark Ale 4.2 %
A smooth, mild dark ale with a hint of chocolate to complement the barley and malt flavours.
